8. Passing of Risk
8.1 The customer accepts the risk of the ordered products as soon as they have been delivered to the address specified on the order.

You will then be required to return the goods together with their original packaging to the Tooglam.shop address, as given per instructions, also see clauses 9 and 10, below.
8.3 Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for (provided they are signed for by the customer or a person identified as authorized by you). If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods (for the avoidance of doubt, signature for the parcel does not affect your rights of return under clause 10).
8.2 In the event that an order is lost by a third party that is authorized by you to accept the products or by a courier appointed by you to deliver the products, Tooglam.shop does not bear any risk as soon as this has been delivered to them. When goods have been received damaged, a full refund will be made if we are notified of the problem within 30 days of delivery by e-mail or otherwise in writing. You must then return the goods together with their original packaging to the Tooglam.shop address, as indicated per instructions, see also clauses 9 and 10 below.
8.3 When the goods are signed, the customer bears the risk as soon as the goods are signed (on condition that they are signed by the customer or a person identified as authorized by you). If a customer believes that a package has been tampered with, it is his responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods (to avoid doubt, signing for the package does not affect your return right under clause 10).

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. 10.10 The delivery of the products has been considerably delayed due to an event beyond our control; and
10.11 The customer has a legal right to terminate the order because of something that Tooglam.shop has done.
10.12 If the customer wishes to return a product, he must either return it by post to Tooglam.shop. If you return products according to clauses 6.6, 10.3, 10.4 or 10.7, we will pay the shipping costs.
11.1 Cancellations that are not the result of a defect or deviation will only be accepted if the customer follows the following cancellation procedure and then follows the return procedure as described in article 10.
